This method of therapy, originating from Tibet, has been highly sought after. Special imported Tibetan lotion is applied on the body and covered with towel for a while to keep it warm. A layer of alcohol–based liquid is then massaged over, afterwhich, a towel again, is used to cover the area and a fire is set ablaze on the towel. Do inform the therapist if the heat is too much to bear, if not, they will continue and once they deem fit, put out mthe fire out and use a special technique to massage the spots which are causing your body problems.
