Reviews: Developed in 1991 on the area of 4.1 ha, the multi function eighteen-storey building consists of 80,267 m 2 area shopping center (mall), with 43,767 m 2 rentable area, and a four-star hotel with 289 rooms. The nine stories hotel is managed by Swiss-Bel Hotel Management limited, and has the facilities of: swimming pool, fitness center, restaurants, bakery, meeting rooms and business center.
This mall has over 350 unit shops, 4 cinemas, and a food court. Some of the anchor tenants are Matahari Department Stores, Hero Supermarket, Gramedia Bookstore, Pasar Senggol Food Co urt and Studio 21 Cineplex.
Because of its strategic location (surrounded by dense populated residential areas, and in walking distance from three well-known universities : Tarumanagara, Trisakti and Atma Jaya), this mall usually are crowded not only on weekends, but also on weekdays. In the noon time, you will see many college students and youngsters, commonly called ABG (read: ah bay gay. It literally means recently grown up child). This mall is the meeting place and a popular hangout place for the students.
